Does the hotel provide free Wi-Fi?

We provide complimentary Wi-Fi in the lobby and 10th floor Lounge area.

To have Wi-Fi access in guest rooms the guest needs to select the router “Marcel WiFi” and follow the prompt instructions. The cost of WiFi is $9.95 per day for two devices.

Do you have a fitness center?

We do not have a fitness center on the premises. However we are affiliated with the New York Sports Club located on 23rd and Park Ave.  Guest of the hotel who show their room key may purchase a discounted day pass for $15.

Do you have a business center?

We provide complimentary Computers and a Printer in our 10th floor Lounge.

Do you offer free shuttle services from the airport?

Do you have on-site parking? Do you offer a valet parking? What is the price?

We do not offer valet parking:

Self Parking:

$25 for Sedan’s; $35 for SUV’S (24hours, no in & out privileges)

I booked through an online travel agent website, other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?

You would need to contact the company that your reservation was directly with. ie: (booking.com & expedia.com)

Who can I email to request a copy of my bill from my recent stay?

Do you offer an in-room safe for guests?

All of our guest rooms are equipped with in-room safes for your convenience.

Is the hotel room equipped with a mini-fridge?

All of our guest rooms are equipped with fully stocked private Mini-Bar (charged based on consumptions).

Per request and availability; we can send up an extra empty fridge for the guests personal belongings.

Do you offer a complimentary morning coffee and tea?

Yes, we do offer complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day on our 10th Floor Lounge. Open daily from 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM.

Do you have a restaurant on site? Room Service? Bar?

We are affiliated with Natsumi located on the corner of our hotel.  Guest who present their key card, are provided a 10% discount (discount is not valid during Natsumi’s Happy Hour).

Room Service is available from 7am – 10pm

Breakfast: (6:30AM to 9:30AM)
Lunch and Dinner: (12:30 PM to 10:00 PM)

All other room service options on the breakfast, lunch and dinner menu are outsourced from nearby restaurants. Please be advised that times and menu availability are subject to changes.

What is the price for your breakfast?

Breakfast: Continental Breakfast (Cold Buffet) served in the 10th Floor Lounge: $12.95 plus tax per person.

Children 12 years of age and under eat for free as long as an adult is eating as well.

Can I store my luggage with the hotel upon check out? Is there a fee?

Registered hotel guests can store luggage with us without a fee until 11:00 PM on their check out date.

Is your hotel affiliated with any airlines for mileage points?

We do not have a loyalty program established as we are an independent lifestyle hotel. However, we monitor our repeat and corporate clients where we offer complimentary upgrades and courtesy early check in / late check out (based on business demand).

What is hotel pet policy?

The Marcel Hotel does not allow pets.

What is the minimum age to stay in your hotel?

At least one occupant of the room needs be 21 years or older with a valid ID and credit card.
